September 2021: Martin realtors has many nice properties that are taken care of and the move in process for me and my girlfriend was super easy for being our first rental together. May 15, 2022: House was rented out to me and my wife with some minor issues but, after maintenance requests were put in things were taken care of in a timely manner. Switching properties was pretty easy and overall am satisfied. EDIT: The unit that was rented to me and my wife was listed/advertised with a washer and dryer. When we moved in however they both didnt work and the washer was filled with smelly water. They hauled the broken appliances away but so far havent negotiated a small change in rent to make up for it nor replace the washer and dryer. The key given to us also said october 2021 on it so i imagine it was cold enough for them to notice the heat didnt work in the house. Currently june 2022 we have lived here for a month, the heat doesnt work still but i was told that their “guess is” that the unit will be replaced come October/November.
